About
Hi, I’m Owen Lynch

I’m an integrative psychotherapist based in Dublin. That means I don’t work from just one model, I draw from a range of approaches depending on what you need. Some clients prefer to stay present-focused, while others want to explore their past. I use tools like ACT, CBT, and solution-focused therapy alongside more traditional approaches such as psychodynamic and trauma-informed work.

Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper way. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn. Maybe you want to learn to set boundaries, be more assertive, or live in a way that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters to you.
As therapy progresses, I’ll gently challenge where needed and offer psychoeducation when it’s helpful. My background in biomedical science gives me a strong foundation in understanding the body and mind. I’m also trained as a yoga teacher, so if you're interested, we can include mindfulness or breathwork as part of our work together.

I work with adults from all walks of life, both in person and online. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+, and I understand the lasting impact of shame, silence, or feeling like you’ve had to hide parts of yourself. Whether you're exploring identity, relationships, trauma, or just trying to make sense of things, all parts of you are welcome here.
